I know you may be thinking those arrows are for finding the drains under a snowbank but the plows go right up against the curb as any good plow driver should. These arrows appeared at these drains after I reported this area to have constant flooding. The rest of the drains on the street are not marked so I assume it’s flood-related if it was snow bank related I think they would have marked all of them, either way for snow or not they should have used a metal or concrete post in the ground because weather the arrows are covered with a flood or a layer of ice you won’t be able to see them
